Shipping

• Qualifying orders that total over $100 will ship for free within the USA.
• Ammo Cans are not eligible for free shipping.
• When an order ships free, Military Outlet reserves the right to ship with their choice of carrier.
• Orders ship 1-2 Weekdays after the order is placed and payment has been confirmed.
• Methods of shipping: USPS, UPS & FedEx
• OCP Scorpion items will not be shipped internationally, unless to an APO/DPO address

Online Returns

• Returns must be authorized prior to shipping the item(s) back to our location.
• Contact about returns within within 30 days of shipment arrival.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Shipping Fee is not refundable.
• Item(s) must be in original condition without any defects.

In-Store Exchanges

• Items purchased in-store or by parking lot pickup may be exchanged but not return for refund.
• Within 30 days, in-store purchases may be exchanged or put on account for use at a later time.
• Receipt and tag(s) required, must be returned in same condition.
